<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To switch a simulation operation of a component model disposed on a paper transport line at each of positions of a paper model simulating a transported sheet of paper.SOLUTION: Attribute information about a paper model and definition information defining information about operations in each of a plurality of component models simulating operations of a plurality of components respectively are stored. When simulation is started, a transport position of the paper model is determined at intervals of a prescribed unit time, and definition information corresponding to the plurality of component models is used to determine whether the transport position of the paper model is within an operation influence range in which operations of the component models are affected or not, and an operation parameter of a component model determined to be within the operation influence range and corresponding to a prescribed area in the paper model is determined from the attribute information of the paper model in accordance with the transport position of the paper model, and the simulation operation is settled in accordance with the determined operation parameter.</p> |
