Provided are a method for producing a photosensitive resin film and a photosensitive resin film produced through the same, wherein the method comprises the steps of: (A) coating a positive-type photosensitive resin composition including an alkali-soluble resin, a cross-linking agent, a photoacid generating agent, and a solvent on a substrate; (B) drying the coated positive-type photosensitive resin composition and pre-baking the same at 150 to 200°C; (C) heating and exposing the same to light; (D) developing the same; and (E) hardening the same.
