The present invention relates to an automatic height-adjustable functional pillow for sound sleep, which is effective to the cervical vertebrae correction and the snoring alleviation. The height-adjustable functional pillow for sound sleep comprises pillow units consisting of a central upper pad, a lower pad, a left pad and a right pad for supporting the head and the neck; four height adjusting plates for adjusting the height of each pad of the pillow units; and a pillow sham cover for covering the pillow sham having the height adjusting plates inserted to the pillow units. The automatic height-adjustable functional pillow for sound sleep, which is effective to cervical vertebrae correction and snoring alleviation, according to the present invention can induce the sound sleep by adjusting the height of each of four pillow units and four height adjusting plates, by dividing the sleeping poses of a user into three directions of the front direction, the right direction and the left direction, dividing the pillow into the neck part and the head part when sleeping in the front direction, and dividing into the four pillow units and the four height adjusting plates according to the body condition and the body type of the user. Also, the body damage such as the stiff neck, shoulder discomfort, headache, waist pain, depression, etc. generated during sleep are prevented and disturbing elements against sound sleep such as snoring, apnea, insomnia, etc. can be eliminated by using a pillow suitable for a user. |
