PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food material mixer easy for operating a lock member and opening and closing a drum cover.SOLUTION: There is provided a food material mixer containing a mechanic flame and a mixing drum, which contains a drum body with an upper opening shape and a drum cover covering the upper opening of the drum body, rotatably supported by the mechanic flame around a drum rotation core shaft of a left-right direction and mixing a plurality of food materials in the mixing drum by rotary driving the drum body in one direction around the drum rotation core shaft, a back part of the drum cover is hinge bound to the drum body to be free for opening and closing, and a lock member for locking the drum cover not to be opened is arranged at both left and right side of a front part of the drum cover. |
