摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implant material having an elastic modulus comparable to that of a bone and having high strength, and to provide a production method of the same.SOLUTION: Fine particles of pure titanium or a titanium alloy are accelerated together with a gas, are made to blow still in a solid phase state toward a substrate composed of a titanium alloy and are deposited thereon so as to form a porous film, and the porous film is heat treated. It is preferable that an average particle diameter of the fine particles of pure titanium or the titanium alloy is 30-150 μm, temperature of the gas accelerated together with the fine particles of pure titanium or the titanium alloy is 400-800°C, and pressure thereof is 2-4 MPa. The heat treatment is preferably conducted in a condition of 600-1,000°C and 1-4 hours in an argon atmosphere.
