PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a processing speed while suppressing generation of blur and ghost caused by pixel mapping.SOLUTION: A stereoscopic image display device that can display a stereoscopic image generated from model data representing a shape of a three-dimensional object, comprises: a display part having a display panel including a plurality of sub pixels, and an optical aperture provided to face the display panel; a division part dividing a region on the display panel according to each of different division numbers to generate small regions depending on the division number; a generation part generating a stereoscopic image for each division number on the basis of the small regions depending on the division number; and an evaluation part evaluating the stereoscopic image for each division number to determine the division number to be used by the division part for generation of the stereoscopic image for display.
