The present invention relates to an organic light emitting display device which prevents the generation of luminance non-uniformity and crosstalk in a horizontal direction due to the fact that a power supply line for supplying EVDD is formed in a lateral direction inside a display panel, and to a driving method thereof. The driving method of an organic light emitting display device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: generating a compensation value so that crosstalk is not generated by an image pattern of high gray by analyzing inputted source image data; compensating a source image data in a low gray area adjacent to the high gray area with the compensation value, and generating corrected image data; and converting the corrected image data into data voltage, and displaying an image by supplying the data voltage to a plurality of pixels formed on a display panel.
