PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holding member that facilitates removal of a fixed member without reducing holding power.SOLUTION: A holding member (20) is fixed to a fixed member (11) and holds a held member (30) made of a magnetic material. The holding member (20) comprises: a fixing member (22) for fixing the fixed member (11) and the holding member (20) to each other; a plate-like part (21) to be fixed to the fixed member (11) through the fixing member (22); a moutain-shaped part (23) protruding from the plate-like part (21) to a side opposite to the fixed member (11); and a magnet (29) to be embedded in the mountain-shaped part (23). The mountain-shaped part (23) is formed of a material transmitting magnetic force. |
