The present invention relates to a membrane panel of a membrane-type tank to store a cryogenic fluid and, more specifically, to a membrane panel of a membrane-type tank to store a cryogenic fluid which has corrugations forming corrugation structures, and having independent structures; thereby removing intersection portions between the corrugations, satisfying the strength and a thermal shrinkage absorption required to store the cryogenic fluid, easily realizing automation by allowing the main bodies of the panel to mutually be assembled by lapping welding, and improving productivity and quality. According to the present invention, the membrane panel comprises: rectangular main bodies of the panel arranged horizontally and vertically to form a plane; and the corrugations formed on portions except for the edges of the main bodies of the panel.
