PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a short circuit protection circuit, a power circuit and a power supply, capable of reducing fault occurrence caused by a short-circuit current in a switching element loaded on a circuit for suppressing a rush current.SOLUTION: A short circuit protection circuit 13 of a power circuit 10 for supplying a drive voltage to a cash drawer 15 by switching on an FET 30 includes: a detection circuit 200 for detecting the change of a voltage at a contact point between the power circuit 10 and the cash drawer 15 when the cash drawer 10 is connected to the power circuit 10; and a switchover circuit 300 for setting the FET 30 to an OFF state when the detection circuit 200 detects the voltage change of the contact point before the drive voltage value rises to a predetermined value or higher, whereas not setting the FET 30 to the OFF state if the detection circuit 200 detects the voltage change of the contact point at and after the rise of the drive voltage value to the predetermined value. |
