<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolyte capacitor having a wide service temperature range and a long life.SOLUTION: An electrolyte capacitor 1 comprises: a capacitor element 10 arranged by winding an anode foil 11 having a dielectric coating film formed thereon, and a counter negative electrode foil 12 through a separator 13; a conductive solid layer formed in the capacitor element 10; and an electrolytic solution impregnated into the capacitor element 10. The electrolytic solution is prepared by dissolving an organic acid or organic acid salt in a polar solvent. The electrolyte capacitor further comprises a liquid chemical agent which is incompatible with the polar solvent and higher in boiling point than the polar solvent, and which is impregnated into the capacitor element 10.</p> |
