<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting element display device that restrains light leak to an adjacent pixel and improves light extraction efficiency.SOLUTION: A light-emitting element display device comprises a TFT (Thin Film Transistor) board having a display area where pixels are arranged in a matrix. The TFT board (220) comprises: a light-emitting organic layer (306) having at least a light-emitting layer for emitting light on a pixel, and formed by an organic material; a first electrode (304), one of two electrodes arranged to sandwich the light-emitting organic layer, arranged on each pixel independently; a second electrode (307), the other of the two electrodes, arranged to cover the whole display area; and an insulation bank (305) arranged to cover the end of the first electrode and to prevent the electrodes from being in contact with each other between the pixels. On the surface of the insulation bank, irregularities (311) whose cycle is equal to or larger than a visible light wavelength and is smaller than a film thickness of the insulation bank are formed.</p> |
