The jig for polishing a thin sheet specimen of the present invention comprises: a cylinder wherein a through hole is formed in a vertical direction; a detachable holder to which the thin sheet specimen is attached; and a core in which the detachable holder is fixated on the bottom, and which is inserted into the through hole so that the detachable holder can protrude from the bottom of the cylinder.</p> |
