本发明公开了一种有机发光二极体显示器包含：一阳极层；一阴极层，所述阳极层与所述阴极层彼此相对且间隔地设置；一有机发光层，设置在所述阴极层与所述阳极层之间，所述有机发光层包含多个原色区域以及多个混色区域；及一防色偏差层，设置在所述阳极层与所述有机发光层之间或所述有机发光层与所述阴极层与之间，且所述防色偏差层具有多个对应所述混色区域的绝缘图案，其中所述绝缘图案用以阻止对应的所述混色区域产生光线。本发明藉由在有机发光二极体显示器中设置防色偏差层，阻止有机发光层混色区域产生光线，以解决用有机发光二极体显示器技术的色偏问题。本发明另提供一种有机发光二极体显示器制作方法。; an organic luminescent layer arranged between the anode layer and the cathode layer, having a plurality of natural colored regions and a plurality of mixed-colored regions; a color deviation preventing layer arranged between the anode layer and the organic luminescent layer or between the cathode layer and the organic luminescent layer, having a plurality of insulating patterns opposite to the mixed-colored regions of the organic luminescent layer.
