PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily install equipment in an installation area, without spending much labor in determining an installation position of the equipment.SOLUTION: A radio communication part 32 acquires identification information for a conference device 10 to be installed in an installation area. An installation position determination part 34 acquires combination information in which at least a combination of the identification information for the conference device 10 and an installation position are recorded, and determines an installation position of the conference device 10 to be installed in the installation area on the basis of the acquired identification information for the conference device 10 and combination information. An installation position presentation part 35 presents the installation position of the conference device 10 determined by the installation position determination part 34.
