PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable communication with a destination terminal by using a virtual conference room even when information to identify a conference such as a conference name is not correctly recognized.SOLUTION: A management system for managing the communication of multiple terminals exchanging content data includes: a conference management unit for managing conference identification information and terminal identification information in association; a destination terminal information management unit for managing the terminal identification information of a first terminal and the terminal identification information of one or more second terminals that are the communication destination candidates of the first terminal in association; and a transmission unit for transmitting the terminal identification information of the second terminals as the destination candidates and the conference identification information associated with the terminal identification information of the second terminals to the first terminal when the terminal identification information of the second terminals associated with the terminal identification information of the first terminal managed by the destination terminal information management unit is associated with the conference identification information managed by the conference management unit.
