<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which when performing a three-dimensional measurement with high accuracy, it is preferable to surround a measured object with mirror surfaces, and in this case, it is difficult to take in external light.SOLUTION: A reflection unit comprises: a reflection part that is arranged in an area at a peripheral angle of view not inclusive of a central part out of an entire angle of view of a photographing lens forming a subject ray flux from a photograph object onto an image pickup element, and reflects one part of the subject ray flux to guide the one part thereof to the photographing lens; and an illumination part that is installed out of optical paths of a non-reflection ray flux, which is never reflected by the reflection part and reaches the image pickup element out of the subject ray flux, and a one-time reflection ray flux, which is reflected by the reflection part one time and reaches the image pickup element thereout, and illuminates the photograph object.</p> |
