<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coffee dripper 10 enabling producing delicious coffee beverage without the flavor of impurities impairing the essential flavor of the coffee beverage.SOLUTION: A coffee dripper 10 includes a ring-shaped bottom plate 16, a cone 18 and an inverted circular truncated cone-shaped lateral wall 20. The bottom plate 16 is formed with a plurality of through holes 24. An apex of the cone 18 is preferably positioned on an axis P passing a center of the bottom plate 16 and vertical to the bottom plate 16. In a plane surface including the axis P, a ratio (α/θ) of an angleαformed by an inner surface of the lateral wall 20 relative to the axis P, to a half apex angleθof the cone 18 is 0.90-1.10. Preferably, the half apex angleθis 20°-40°, and a ratio (h/H) of a height h of the cone 18 to a height of the lateral wall 20 is 0.30-1.00.</p> |
