The present invention relates to a method for preparing a weather resistance reinforced acrylate-based resin and, more specifically, to a method including an activating agent free conversion ratio improving agent in an acrylate-styrene-based graft copolymer to improve light transmittance, and yellow index and even obtain weather resistance when mixed with acrylate-styrene-based non-graft copolymer. Especially, according to the present invention, provided is a weather resistant thermo plastic resin having excellent color similar to natural color even without using sodium formaldehyde sulfoxyrate (SFS) and iron ion.
