<p>PURPOSE: A backlight unit reducing the power consumption with local drive is provided to implement local drive by dividing lamps along a length direction. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of lamp driving PCB(Printed Circuit Board)(160) is respectively arranged in the lower part of a plurality of lamps(150). A plurality of sections is respectively arranged in a lower part of lamps. High voltage external electrodes are installed on a plurality of sections. A plurality of base-voltage external electrodes is arranged in the other side corresponded to a plurality of high voltage outer electrodes. A switch performs a plurality of base-voltage external electrodes.</p> |
