Recipe comprises 100 g of black chocolate containing 51% of cocoa contents, 20-40 g of black truffle, 100 g of powdered sugar, 100 g of soft butter, 50-55 g of flour types and 53-72 g of eggs, where the above components are mixed to obtain 65-75 g of desserts. An independent claim is included for preparing a dessert using the recipe comprising melting the black chocolate and the soft butter, bleaching eggs with sugar with a beater, adding the flour, completely mixing using a mixing apparatus to get a mixture, pour the mixture in a half mold, placing the black truffle in each mold, pouring the remainder of the preparation to three-fourth of the molds, coating a cake and then cooling, dissolving the black chocolate with the butter and then cooling. |
