<p>The present invention provides a low-cost vacuum packaging film manufactured by improving a low-cost blown film. The blown film is improved to have a characteristic of vacuum packaging material. Here, a blown ratio of the blown film becomes 1.3 times greater to have physical compatibility of a vacuum packaging film. Polymer material is limited to obtain a characteristic of a vacuum packaging film by applying the characteristic of the blown ratio as above. Specific polymer contained in material of a film includes mixed polymer of metallocene linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) using metallocene as a catalyst, and octene LLDPE wherein ethylene and octene monomer are combined as main material, and includes equal to or greater than 70 wt% of the mixed polymer. Polyolefin based material such as LDPE, HDPE, and PP is used as remaining polymer material. A film with a fine printing characteristic may be combined to the improved vacuum packaging film to have a printing characteristic.</p> |
