<p>PURPOSE: A device and method for controlling data transmission depending on reassemble status in a mobile communication system are provided to determine retransmission priority of receiving failed data block through reassemble status information, thereby minimizing transmission delay up to transmission of data blocks which succeeded receiving to upper class. CONSTITUTION: A PDU(Protocol Data Unit) processor(802) configure a RLC(Radio Link Control) block. A wireless transmitter(804) transmits the RLC block of the PDU processor to a receiving terminal. A wireless receiver(806) changes a signal of the reception end into a bit string. A message interpreter(808) interprets the message of the reception end. A retransmission scheduler(810) schedules retransmission through the ACK/NACK information and reassemble status information of the message interpreter.</p> |
