The present invention relates to an emergency exit sign which makes it possible to secure a clear view from dust and smoke in case of a fire, and changes the angle of the sign to another safe exit, not a guide indication direction in case there is a fire in the guide indication direction indicated by the emergency exit sign, in order for persons to be always guided to a safe exit without a fire. The emergency exit including a body (10), a fixing plate (20), a light penetration part (30), a direction guide display part (31), a power source part (40), and an LED and LED driving part (50), additionally comprises: a control part (60), a first and a second heat sensor (70, 71), a laser generator (80), a laser ray passage hole (85), an angle change part (90) and a subsidiary accommodation part (100). Thus, the emergency exit sign has the distinguished effect of being able to guide persons to take refuge safely and more accurately under darkness where it is difficult to secure a clear view because of smoke. In ordinary times, the laser ray is irradiated to an original exit sign or another exit sign installed adjacently thereto and at the same time, the laser ray irradiated from the adjacent emergency exit sign is irradiated to other exit direction refractively, not to the ordinary exit sign. Thus, the emergency exit sign can be used in case of a bidirectional exit. The laser generator can be installed in the left, right side or the front of the body, and thus, the emergency exit sign can be installed regardless of an evacuation passage structure.
