<p>The present invention relates to an automatic welding method using a carbon dioxide welder, and more specifically, to an automatic welding method using a carbon dioxide welder, which uses a carbon dioxide welder to automatically weld without causing loss or defect of parent material to be capable of automatically welding even a thin plate of an expansion joint or a flexible joint. According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, an automatic welding method using a carbon dioxide welder includes steps of: (a) preparing a rotary automatic welding table comprising a main welder body having a supplier supplying voltage/current and a gas container, a carbon dioxide welder including a wire feeder feeding a welding wire which is a stainless steel wire or a copper wire and a torch connected to the wire feeder to perform welding, a pair of rollers having both end portions rotationally fixed to a frame, apart from each other at a predetermined interval to be parallel to each other, and connected to each other by a chain or a belt to simultaneously rotate, a motor connected to one sides of the rollers to rotate the rollers, and a torch fixing frame having the torch fixed at one side to have the height and the angle adjusted; (b) mounting circular parent material on the rollers of the rotary automatic welding table and the upper portion of the rollers, and adjusting the height and the angle of the torch of the welder in order to adjust the torch corresponding to a welding portion of the circular parent material; (c) operating the motor to rotate the rollers of the rotary automatic welding table in order to rotate the circular parent material; and (d) operating the torch to weld the circular parent material.</p> |
