PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grease composition for an image formation apparatus which reduces the friction coefficient more than conventional greases and is improved in resin compatibility.SOLUTION: A grease composition for an image formation apparatus comprises a thickener, a base oil and a lubricity improver. The thickener is lithium soap; the base oil is a synthetic hydrocarbon oil; and the lubricity improver is polyethylene oxide wax. The image formation apparatus is provided with a sliding part and a to-be-slidden part which slide through the grease composition; the surface of one of the sliding part and the to-be-slidden part is composed of a metal; and the surface of the other of the sliding part and the to-be-slidden part is composed of a resin.
