The purpose of the present invention is to smoothly and with low friction rotate a swiveling member such as one on a sliding-structure side, even when a pressing load is imparted in the axial direction of a wire harness during the opening/closing of the sliding structure. To this end, a wire harness (2) is routed from a swivel member (1, 1') on a sliding-structure (16) side to a harness support member (17) on a fixed-structure (19) side, and the swivel member (1, 1') is equipped with a horizontally oriented harness support part (4) for supporting one end (3a) of the wire harness, and a vertically oriented shaft part (5) and shaft-receiving part which rotate so as to be offset from the harness support part in the radial direction of the harness support part. Furthermore, when the sliding structure is fully open, the shaft part (5) and the shaft-receiving part are positioned closer to one of the sliding structure or the fixed structure than to the harness support part (4), and when the sliding structure is fully closed, the harness support part (4) is positioned closer to the same one of the sliding structure or the fixed structure than to the shaft part (5) and the shaft-receiving part. |
