<p>An ovomucin liquid formulation, comprising the following compositions by weight percentage: 0.01-0.1% ovomucin, 0.001-0.01% accessory protein, 1.5-4% amino acid, 0.5-5% polyhydric alcohol, and the balance being a buffer solution having a pH value of 6-8 or being water, the accessory protein being lysozyme and/or ovotransferrin; the ovomucin liquid formulation further comprises 50-500 mmol/L calcium ions or 10-500 mmol/L magnesium ions. The ovomucin liquid formulation can defend against microorganism invasion, reduce the activity and toxicity of viruses, and can be sprayed on such places as the surface of food, and in the mouth, nose or wounds of animals or humans.</p> |
