PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the devolatilization of a synthetic resin comprising a polymer or a synthetic rubber and to conduct low-temperature expansion thereof, by injecting a devolatilizing aid through a devolatilizing aid injection nozzle provided in a leading-edge segment cylinder of a cylinder.SOLUTION: In a vented twin-screw kneading extruder and an extrusion method, a devolatilizing aid is dispersed into a molten resin present in a leading-edge segment cylinder (1g) of a cylinder (1) from a leading-edge devolatilizing aid injection nozzle (7c) comprising the leading-edge segment cylinder (1g) and provided in the leading-edge segment cylinder; the resulting mixture is kneaded in a leading-edge kneading zone (6c); and thus the molten resin is expanded with the devolatilizing aid and extruded. |
