PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business support system and a business support program by which a user can verify the appropriateness of proposal of a product.SOLUTION: The business support system receives original environmental information which shows an actual use state of a device used by a client, generates proposal information for proposing a product suitable for the client on the basis of the original environmental information and proposal environmental assumption information which shows an assumed use state of a product to be proposed, and then receives proposal environmental information which shows an actual use state of the product proposed by the proposal information (S131). The business support system generates information for verifying the proposal by proposal information on the basis of the proposal environmental assumption information and the proposal environmental information (S132).
