<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-optic device that prevents displaying not intended by a user on a display panel when a power supply of the electro-optic device including the display panel transitions from an ON state to an OFF state, and to provide an electronic apparatus and a control method of the electro-optic device.SOLUTION: An electro-optic device 1 comprises: a first substrate including a pixel electrode, a TFT, and a scan line 112 and a data line 114 connected to the TFT; a second substrate including a common electrode; an electrooptic material provided between the first substrate and the second substrate; a driver circuit unit 150 supplying a data voltage to the pixel electrode; a first power supply unit 151 supplying a common potential to the common electrode; and a second power supply unit 153 supplying a power supply potential to the driver circuit unit 150. When a power supply of the electro-optic device 1 transitions from an ON state to an OFF state, the electro-optic device 1 controls the first power supply unit 151 to stop an output of the common potential, and after the elapse of a predetermined time period controls the second power supply unit 153 to stop an output of the power supply potential.</p> |
