1. Digital device for managing the execution of an administrative operation to which the issuing of an administrative document is associated, comprising:
data receiving equipment, in particular for receiving data transmitted from a central management system, said data comprising at least a set of operation identification (ID) codes for one or more types of administrative operations; a processing unit for processing said received data, said unit comprising processing means apt to assign an authorization path code for each administrative operation to be performed, and to associate said authorization path code with one of said operation ID codes, so to obtain a unique code associated with this performed administrative operation; data transmitting equipment for transmitting said unique code and said administrative document to said central management system; data storage apparatuses; and an electric power supply unit, characterized in that said power supply unit comprises a first battery for powering the device and a second battery dedicated to the powering of said transmitting and receiving equipment and said data storage apparatuses, said transmitting equipment allowing a delayed transmission of the stored data, even if said first battery is flat and/or deactivated and/or when the device is turned off and/or is not powered by the first battery. |
