Provided are a signalling transmission method for reference operations among multiple carriers, and a corresponding system and network side. The method comprises: a network side configures and transmits a quasi-co-location (QCL) signaling message. The QCL signaling comprises: a first signalling set and a corresponding source carrier, a second signalling set and a corresponding reference carrier. Said first and second signaling sets comprise one of the following parameters: reference signal configuration information, QCL cell identifier information, carrier type information and the timing difference information of the source and reference carriers.
