<p>The present invention relates to a superconducting coil device for conductive cooling. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the superconducting coil device for conductive cooling comprises: a bobbin; and a superconducting coil wound on the shaft of the bobbin. The superconducting coil comprises: a superconducting wire; an aluminum layer on the surface of the superconducting wire; and an alumina layer formed on the surface of the aluminum layer using an anodic oxidation method.</p> |
