PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pair license issue system.SOLUTION: The pair license issue system has two systems: a licenser side performs notification of tax or tax payment; a taxation station side issues one of licenses with a tax declaration certificate and a tax payment certificate, or issues one of licenses serving as the tax declaration certificate and the tax payment certificate; two licenses are combined so that use of content is allowed; one of the systems has means which creates pair information for making the licenses pair and transmits the information to the other of the systems, and means for issuing one of the licenses including the pair information; and, the other has means for receiving the pair information and issuing the other of the licenses including the pair information. |
