<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable correction of a train position (distance degree) to be carried out by utilizing an existing wireless railroad-crossing controller and an object detection function of a railroad-crossing obstacle detector even without installing a distance-correcting ground unit, and cost reduction and operator's safety security to be attained.SOLUTION: A railroad-crossing controller receives a train current position wirelessly transmitted at a constant cycle from a train having approached an area capable of wireless communication with a railroad-crossing and compares this train current position information with a distance degree indicative of a railroad-crossing location (S02). In the case where this train current position information is determined to approach into a predetermined distance of a railroad cross, when thereafter acquiring signals indicative of train detection (S03), a railroad-crossing obstacle detector determines that the train has reached the railroad cross and wirelessly transmits a railroad-crossing distance degree to the train as train position correction information (S04). On the basis of this process, the train current position is replaced by the distance degree on board (S14).</p> |
