Provided are a cell separation and collection membrane capable of specifically adsorbing target cells while limiting non-specific adsorption, and a culturing sheet, a culturing device, and a cell separation and collection method using same. The present invention uses a cell separation and collection membrane and a culturing sheet that are provided with: a support; polymer regions, which are fixed to the support and the structure of which changes with temperature; cell-adsorbing regions, which are bonded to the polymer region and exposed on the external surface and which are capable of specifically adsorbing the target cells when brought in contact with a target cell-containing liquid to be processed; and hydrophilic regions, which are exposed on the external surface and are brought into contact with said liquid to be processed. A cell separation and collection membrane capable of specifically adsorbing target cells and limiting non-specific adsorption, and a culturing sheet, a culturing device, and a cell separation and collection method using same are thereby provided. |
