PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface treated metallic material in which discoloration caused by oxidation can be prevented in the case of being used for a metallic component having a metallic appearance and used in a high temperature environment.SOLUTION: Provided is a surface treated metallic material 1 used for a metallic component used in a high temperature environment such as a trivet and capable of effectively preventing discoloration caused by oxidation at high temperature. The surface treatment metallic material 1 comprises: a metallic base material 2 having a metallic luster; and a coating film 3 formed on the surface of the metallic base material 2, having a film thickness of 480 to 900 nm and being 690 mg/min a value expressed in terms of SiO. |
