PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide tsunami evacuation facilities that can be used by people near shore to evacuate quickly against invasion such as massive tsunami, is safe against the invasion of tsunami, and can be used as viewing decks, etc., in a normal time.SOLUTION: A float 3 is detachably provided on upper ends of two or more struts 2 installed above the ground G. The float 3 can be climbed from the ground G by using a spiral staircase 5. An opening 3a of a portion being a floor surface of the float 3 and facing the spiral staircase 5 can be closed by a hatch 6. A viewing deck 3b is provided on the upper part of the float 3, and can be climbed by using an inlet box 3c from the inside of the float 3. When the sea surface rises to the position higher than the float 3, the float 3 leaves from the struts 2 and is made to float on the sea surface. When the tsunami disappears, the float 3 descends to the ground G with the descent of the sea surface. |
