<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchange unit which contributes to downsizing, easy assembling, and reduction of the number of components, and to provide a human body localized part cleaning device including the heat exchange unit.SOLUTION: A heat exchange unit 1 includes: a body part 10 where a circulation space 11, in which a fluid passes, is formed at the inner side; a heater 20 disposed in the circulation space 11; an agitation area 30 which agitates the fluid heated in the circulation space 11; and a flow detection area 40 which detects flow of the fluid. The agitation area 30 and the flow detection area 40 are formed between an outer wall surface 12 of the body part 10 and one lid part 50 fixed to the outer wall surface 12.</p> |
