The invention relates to a method for producing a biologically active preparation improving the yield of farm crops which comprises metabolic products of a strain of the fungus Geotrichum candidum IMB F-100040 isolated from rootlets of Tussilago farfara L. as biologically active substances. The biologically active substances from the cultural liquid, where the strain of the stated fungus was developed, are sorbed by activated coal with the further stage of desorbing with an ethyl alcohol and dimethyl sulphoxide mixture in a ratio of 1:0.1 correspondingly.
