The present invention relates to the organic light-emitting diode display technology. Provided are a pixel circuit, a drive circuit, an array substrate and a display device. Through input of signals that are synchronously reverse to a precharge control voltage at an input end of a light-emitting working voltage, the light-emitting working voltage provides a voltage for the pixel circuit when the circuit enters a light-emitting phase, ensuring a stable current output in the light-emitting phase of the circuit. In addition, an input end of an exterior voltage that affects an aperture ratio does not need to be set, thus ensuring a stable current output of the current drive circuit, meanwhile, increasing an aperture ratio of an OLED that uses a current to drive the pixel circuit, and further prolonging a service life of the OLED that uses a current to drive the pixel circuit. |
