PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact device capable of further suppressing oscillation, and an electromagnetic relay mounted with the contact device.SOLUTION: A contact device 1 comprises a contact block 3 including a fixed terminal 35 in which a fixed contact point 35a is formed and a movable contact 29 in which a movable contact point 29b is formed, and a drive block 2 including a drive shaft 25 in which a movable contact 29 is mounted and for driving the movable contact 29. An inner receptacle block 90 including the contact block 3 and the drive shaft 25 is mounted in a case 7 via a first fixed part 10. A coil bobbin 11 is mounted in the case 7 via a second fixed part 20. In a state in which the inner receptacle block 90 and the coil bobbin 11 are mounted in the case 7, a gap 80 is formed between the coil bobbin 11 and the inner receptacle block 90. The inner receptacle block 90 is brought into contact with the coil bobbin 11 by a linear contact part 81a or a point-like contact part 81b. |
