1. A method comprising:
sending, by a customer computer, heterogeneous software context data to a central registry over a communication network, with: (i) the heterogeneous context data including an identity of at least a first software product by a first software provider and a second software product by a second software provider, and (ii) the first and second software products being software that is, or has been, run by the customer on and/or through the customer computer; receiving, by the customer computer, from a registry server over the communication network, a set of network address information including at least a first network address information for contacting a first provider server relating to the first software product and a second network address information for contacting a second provider server relating to the second software product; and linking, by the customer computer, the first and second network address information on a single set of help page(s); wherein: the first network address information corresponds to information on the first provider server that relates to the first software product; and the second network address information corresponds to information on the first provider server that relates to the second software product. |
