The present invention relates to a method for preparing an antibiotic ferment using coffee grounds and an antibiotic ferment prepared by the same. For the method for preparing an antibiotic ferment using coffee grounds according to the present invention, the coffee grounds which have been conventionally wasted can be utilized as a useful resource and eco-friendly compost exhibiting an antibiotic effect can be manufactured by seeding Bacillus vallismortis BS07M having antibiotic activity on plant pathogenic bacteria in the coffee grounds and performing fermentation.
