The brewing method involves placing a capsule (1) in a brewing module of a machine for preparing the brewing product. A brewing chamber of the brewing module is closed till the capsule is placed in the brewing chamber. A pressurized brewing liquid is introduced in the area between the injection-sided contact surface and the injection-sided covering surface. The pressure is maintained on the brewing liquid as long as the brewing product discharges from a discharge opening formed in the extraction-sided covering surface by tapping through an extraction-sided perforation element. An independent claim is included for a preparation system for a brewing product.
