摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle bearing seal which can maintain a desired labyrinth clearance even if muddy water intrudes into a seal and is accumulated therein, and is improved in sealing performance.SOLUTION: In a vehicle bearing seal 7 in which magnetic substance powder is mixed into an elastomer at a side face of an erecting plate part 11b of a slinger 11, and a magnetic encoder 14 to which magnetic poles N, S are alternately magnetized at isostery in the circumferential direction is integrally joined by vulcanization-adhesion, an annular flange part 11c which extends from an external edge of the erecting plate part 11b of the slinger 11 and is bent to the outside of a bearing is formed, an outside diameter part of the magnetic encoder 14 is covered with the flange part 11c of the slinger 11, an end part of a fitting part 12a of a core grid 12 is slightly contracted in diameter and thinned in thickness, a seal member 13 wraps around an external surface of the end part, and firmly adhered thereto to form an opening end 15, an inside diameter of the opening end 15 and an outside diameter of the flange part 11c oppose each other with a minute radial clearance therebetween, and thus a labyrinth seal 16 is formed.
