<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas cooking stove capable of reducing time and effort to maintain a heat-retention time in the case of setting a water heating mode.SOLUTION: A water heating mode for a right gas cooking stove can be selected by pressing down a menu key 33 on an operation unit 29A of the right gas cooking stove. A heat-retention time in the water heating mode can be set with a minus key 35A and a plus key 35B. The heat-retention time set before the boiling of water inside a cooking container is detected is stored in a flash memory. When the water heating mode for the right gas cooking stove is selected next time, the heat-retention time to be stored in the flash memory is displayed on a display 34. When boiling water in the same heating-retention time as the previous time, a user can set the heat-retention time in the water heating mode without pressing down the minus key 35A and the plus key 35B.</p> |
