Disclosed is a method for manufacturing an Sn thin film and a CZTS-based light absorber layer including the same using an electrodepositing method. The method according to the present invention includes the steps of: preparing an aqueous solution which includes Sn salt and a complexing agent; and applying a voltage to a counterpart electrode and a working electrode after a substrate as the counterpart electrode and the working electrode is immersed in the aqueous solution. The complexing agent is EDTA.
