<p>The present invention relates to a wrist exercise device using gyroscopic principles. More particularly, the purpose of the present invention is to provide a wrist exercise device in the shape of a dumbbell including two gyroscopes, wherein differently from a traditional product including one gyroscope that is used while being grabbed by a hand, two gyroscopes are configured symmetrically at both ends like a dumbbell, a handle in the shape of a Buddhist wood block is formed at a lower end to be able to be grabbed, and the amount of exercise can be maximized by using the wrist exercise device while grabbing the grab ring, thereby amplifying a rotational force. For the purpose, the wrist exercise device using gyroscopic principles according to the present invention comprises: rotors; and a housing configured on the outer circumference of the rotors and supporting the rotors to rotate freely, wherein wrist exercise is performed by accelerating the rotation of the rotors with the snap of a wrist after exerting rotation on the rotors with an operation strap. The wrist exercise device (1) is the combination of the rotors (1) and the housing (20) and includes a connection part (30) having the combination configured at each of both ends and providing a dumbbell-shaped exercise device by connecting the same.</p> |
